Jaggery tea recipe

Jaggery tea is a powerhouse of nutrients that offers a plethora of health benefits, including helping you lose weight. Plus, the added basil, cinnamon, and black pepper in your tea make it even more healthy.

Ingredients you need:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2-3 tablespoons of jaggery
  • 1 teaspoon of tea leaves
  • 1 inch grated ginger
  • 2-3 cardamom
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon
  • A pinch of black pepper

How to prepare:

1. Pour water into a pan and add all the spices like ginger, cardamom, basil leaves, ginger, and cinnamon.
2. Boil the tea for five minutes and add black pepper powder to the tea.
3. Once it comes to a boil, add tea leaves and jaggery as per your taste.
4. Turn off the gas and strain the tea into a cup after a boil.
5. Your jaggery tea is ready.

You can start your day with jaggery tea or drink it half an hour after lunch to reduce belly fat.
