This holding period allows buyers ample time to review the gig and ensure their satisfaction. If a buyer is not satisfied, they can report the gig or seller to our support team. Our team will then investigate the case based on the seller’s previous records, reviews, and completed orders. In cases where a seller has consistently maintained a 100% positive rating or flawless record, we typically do not approve refund requests.
